Privacy policy · Updated August 14, 2026

Privacy is a product feature.

Every Family Hub is isolated. Sensitive information is available only to people whose reunion role requires it.

Information we use

KinHub stores the account, family, reunion, RSVP, planning, payment-record, poll, photo, and family-history information that people choose to provide. Google or Facebook sign-in may provide a name, verified email address, and profile photo for account identification.

How information is protected

KinHub minimizes collection, restricts sensitive household details with role-based access, and encrypts information in transit. An organizer-enabled public family-tree view may show family names and confirmed relationships, but public poll links do not expose contact information, addresses, account links, invitations, or other private Family Hub directory fields. Social sign-in data is used to identify the voter or member and is not sold.

Control and deletion

Family Hub owners manage membership, exports, and safeguarded workspace deletion. Any person may request account and social-login data deletion using KinHub’s published data-deletion instructions. Support access is exceptional, limited, and audited.
